CENTRAL CALIFORNIA CURRICULUM

TEACH

The Fresno County Historical Society is committed to helping central San Joaquin Valley teachers use local primary sources in their classroom curriculum. Materials from the Society's extensive archives, and others in the local community, offer an important glimpse into local history. These resources bring national historical moments home to Fresno County and the surrounding region. Students have the opportunity to learn through stories that invoke our shared community experience and bring a vital sense of place to the study of history.

Learn more about our Valley and how the people that live here are Making History Every Day in the Our Valley History video series.  Stories are added regularly so please check back often or subscribe directly on our You Tube channel HERE >>>
